Thank you for choosing Niyyah English. We are here to support your learning journey through clear goals, structured lessons, and personalised support.

2. Who We Are

Niyyah English is a professional tutoring service offering English language support, specialising in General English, IELTS, and Life in the UK preparation.

3. Our Services

We offer in-person and online lessons designed to meet your individual goals. Each course includes lesson time, homework, progress tracking, and ongoing feedback.

4. Student Responsibilities

To get the most from your course, students are expected to attend all lessons, complete homework, and participate actively in class. This helps us support you better.

5. Payment, Refunds, and Free Support Lessons

At Niyyah English, we are committed to helping every student achieve their goals. For IELTS exam preparation packages, students may receive up to two extra support lessons at no extra cost if they do not pass their IELTS exam.

To be eligible for these free support lessons, the student must:

- Have attended all scheduled lessons as part of their package,

- Have completed all assigned homework and practice tasks,

- Have actively participated and shown commitment to their learning,

- Provide a copy of their IELTS exam results, including their overall score and individual band scores,

- Be willing to discuss which areas they found difficult so that a personalised Action Plan can be created to support their progress.

This offer reflects our belief in shared responsibility: we’ll give our best, and we ask that our students do the same.

6. Cancellations and Missed Lessons

Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson. Missed lessons without notice cannot be refunded or made up.

7. Technology and Online Lessons

For online lessons, students must ensure they have access to a stable internet connection and suitable device. We are not responsible for missed learning due to technical issues on the student’s side.

8. Behaviour and Respect

All students are expected to behave respectfully in lessons. We do not tolerate abusive language or behaviour towards teachers or other students.

9. Copyright and Study Materials

All study materials provided are for your personal use only and may not be shared, copied, or distributed without permission.
